1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to:

  • All cities in Pakistan – Including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and more.
  • International Destinations – Including the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other regions (subject to courier service availability).

1.2 Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable local and international courier services to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

  • Within Pakistan – TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P, and similar trusted services.
  • International Orders – DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and other global carriers.

1.3 Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (extra charges apply)

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
  • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days (extra charges apply)

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs processing.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders:
    • Orders above PKR 5,000 – Free Shipping
    • Orders below PKR 5,000 – Flat rate PKR 250
  • International Orders:
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

1.5 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s official website.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
  • Wig Zone is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

4.2 Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Hair wigs and hair units that have been worn or tried on
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items

4.3 Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email or WhatsApp our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Approval – Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange as requested.

4.4 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

4.5 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
